Details: Relax with a guided meditation and sound bath. Utilizing a variety of instruments: crystal bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, tongue drum, allow yourself to sink into the medicine during an hour long bath.
Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Whether through the use of mantras as with the Hindis, or medicine melodies of various peoples from across the planet, or Pythagoras’s use of interval and frequency, these various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance.
