Theme: The Undead Ball!
We have themed the decor for the hotel for the weekend, but you can dress for Halloween - it's just Halloween for anything "undead" (think anything that could be a zombie)
Question: Do you have to wear undead costumes? NO
Question: Can you wear any costume you want? YES!
Should you get ready for the party of the year? YESSSS!!!

How to sign up:
Step 1. Fill out the registration form HERE
Step 2. Send in your payment for your access passes only (Do NOT send money for the hotel room)

Step 3. WAIT and PLEASE be patient to receive your confirmation email. We will have almost 500 people registering in the first 72hours! We will do our best to process them as fast as we can, but please help us by being patient :)
Step 4. You will be notified if you have a hotel room or not. If you receive a hotel room, DO NOT contact the hotel until they have contacted you directly. If you do not receive a hotel room you will automatically be placed on the waitlist and will be contacted if a room becomes available to you
Step 5. Show up and join the party!

**NEW** Cancellations- You may cancel at any time for any reason, however, cancellations before 11:59pm on Oct 17, 2024 will be subject to a single $25 cancellation fee. Cancelations made after Oct 17, 2024 will receive a non-refundable credit with Epic minus a $50 cancellation fee per person. This credit can be used for any future Epic events and parties. No shows will not be refunded.
Hotel rooms will be prioritized based on:
- 2 night occupancy (Friday Nov 1 & Saturday Nov 2)
- Single night occupancy
- First Paid First Served ie by order of payment received
