Theme: APOCALYPSE!
We have themed the decor for the hotel after Apocalypse, but you can dress for Halloween - its just Halloween in an Apocalypse.
Friday nights theme: The night before the Apocalypse, Your last night on earth - what are you going to wear?
Saturday nights theme: Apocalypse Halloween! We made it, let's party!
Question: Do you have to wear Apocalypse costumes? NO
Question: Can you wear any costume you want? YES!
Should you get ready for the party of the year? YESSSS!!!

How to sign up:

Step 2. Send in your payment for your access passes only (Do NOT send money for the hotel room)

Step 3. WAIT and PLEASE be patient to receive your confirmation email. We will have almost 500 people registering in the first 72hours! We will do our best to process them as fast as we can, but please help us by being patient :)
Step 4. If you receive a hotel room, DO NOT contact the hotel until they have contacted you directly. If you do not receive a hotel room you will automatically be placed on the waitlist and will be contacted if a room becomes available to you
Step 5. Show up and join the party!
Event Pricing
$125/person Full Weekend pass
$100/person Single Day pass
$50/person Workshop Only / Saturday Daytime Pass
**NEW** Cancellations- You may cancel at any time for any reason, however, cancellations before 11:59pm on Oct 13, 2023 will be subject to a single $25 cancellation fee. Cancelations made after Oct 13, 2023 will receive a non-refundable credit with Epic minus a $25 cancellation fee per person. This credit can be used for any future Epic events and parties.
Hotel rooms will be prioritized based on:
- 2 night occupancy (Friday Oct 27 & Saturday Oct 28)
- Single night occupancy
- First Paid First Served ie by order of payment received
