Join us for our 2026 Epic Halloween Party on November 6 & 7 in Edmonton.

How to sign up:

STEP 1. Fill out the registration form HERE

STEP 2. WAIT UNTIL Aug 5, 2026 @ 7PM MST to send payment. Remember, send in your payment for your ACCESS PASS ONLY  (Do NOT send payment for the hotel)

STEP 3. WAIT and PLEASE be patient to receive your confirmation email AFTER 72hrs. We will do our best to process registrations as fast as we can, but please help us by being patient :)

Room Rates
Onsite Hotel $159+ tax/night  (single and double occupancy. Triple and quad occupancy is an additional $10/person/night).  Includes breakfast.  Room rate is valid 3 days before and 3 days after the event.

Overflow Hotel 1 $139+tax/night

Overflow Hotel 2 $169+tax/night

**Cancellations**- You may cancel at any time for any reason. Cancellations before 11:59pm on October 23, 2026 will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after  October 23, 2026 will receive a non-refundable credit with Epic minus a $50 cancellation fee. This credit can be used for any future Epic events and parties.  No-shows will not be refunded.
