Epic Hotel Takeover - Day Pass - Workshops & Day Market - One Person

We will be taking over an entire hotel with EPIC friends from Friday to Sunday and we can’t wait to party with you!

Join us for our Out of This World Spring Hotel Takeover for 2023 in Edmonton.

Please see below for instructions and fill out the form to register.

Hotel rooms are limited so make sure that you get your payment in early.

How to sign up:

Step 1. Fill out the registration form https://forms.gle/SqynM4NKLBTSu8n8A

Step 2. Send in your payment for your access passes (Do not send money for the hotel room)

Step 3. Be patient and wait to receive your confirmation email. This will include if you have a hotel room or if you are on the hotel room waitlist.

Step 4. If you receive a hotel room you the hotel DO NOT contact the hotel until they have contacted you directly .

Step 5. Show up and join the party!

Event Pricing

$125/person Full Weekend pass

$100/person Single Day pass

$50/person Workshop Only / Saturday Daytime Pass

Cancellations- You may cancel at any time for any reason. Cancellations before 11:59pm on April 21, 2023 will receive a full refund. Cancelations made after April 21, 2023 will receive a non-refundable credit with Epic minus a $25 cancellation fee per person. This credit can be used for any future Epic events and parties.

Hotel rooms will be prioritized based on: - 2 night occupancy (Friday May 5 & Saturday May 6) - Single night occupancy - First Paid First Served ie by order of payment received Hotel Info: -Room rate is $144 +tax/night and includes breakfast - all hotel reservations will be handled by Epic - you don't need to do a thing! We will let you know ASAP if a room is available based on your registration and payment. Please be patient as we will contact you within 72hrs.

**Refunds for room cancellations/changes after April 28, 2023, at midnight are subject to the hotel room being filled. If your hotel room is not filled you will be responsible to pay for any unused room nights.
