WELCOME TO CHERRYFEST!
This will be a super fun one night event and will feature your Epic friends DJing, a reasonably priced bar, late night dirty movies, really fun onsite play spaces, and MORE!

11pm - 1am - movie time! We will be playing “classics” such as Deep Throat, and welcome any recommendations of classics as well as accepting submissions from guests in advance to compile a fun montage ?
There will be appropriately 20 RV camping spots on site (no hook ups), space for 20 tents, and we are hoping to have the option for transportation from the event to a hotel block booking in Edmonton for any indoor cats.

We have rented the entire facility, for the day and evening ❤️Keeping this cost for you as low as possible while covering costs for the event.
$105/person
$20/Camping space (spaces are limited) - please specify the type of space you’ll need on this form (RV, tent, ambulance etc). We will try to map everything out beforehand as vehicles are limited to certain areas so let us know who is in your camping crew. Please update us of any changes.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received before 11:59PM on June 13 will get a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 11:59PM June 13 will receive an Epic credit less a $50 cancellation fee. This credit can be used for any future Epic Event

You’ll be responsible for your food / cost of your booze on site, and we have rented a communal kitchen area for you to use.
We can coordinate a potluck dinner for those wanting to combine efforts. We are also looking at a food truck option - George is checking his schedule - but plan for self sufficiency.
Please limit the number of vehicles to this event and carpool where possible.
The facility is GORGEOUS and is indoors so rain or shine we will be able to dance the night away!
