STEP 2. Please send in your payment for your ACCESS PASS ONLY (Do NOT send payment for the hotel)

Room Rates
Onsite Hotel $159+ tax/night (single and double occupancy. Triple and quad occupancy is an additional $10/person/night). Includes breakfast. Room rate is valid 3 days before and 3 days after the event.
**Cancellations**- You may cancel at any time for any reason. Cancellations before 11:59pm on April 10, 2026 will receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancelations made after April 10, 2026 will receive a non-refundable credit with Epic minus a $50 cancellation fee. This credit can be used for any future Epic events and parties. No shows will not be refunded.
