This pass is for one person to attend one evening, either Friday or Saturday. Please indicate on your registration form your preference of evening.
Join us and 400+ of our sexiest friends for the first hotel takeover party of 2024 in Edmonton! Here are the details you need to know:

Hotel rooms are limited so make sure that you register AND send payment, as hotel rooms are assigned by order of registration AND payment received.
How to sign up:
Step 1. Fill out the registration form
Step 2. Send in your payment for your access passes (DO NOT send money for the hotel room)

Step 3. Be patient and wait to receive your confirmation email. This will include if you have a hotel room or if you are on the hotel room waitlist.
Step 4. If you receive a hotel room DO NOT contact the hotel until they have contacted you directly.
Step 5. Show up and join the party!
Last Minute Event Pricing (after 11:59pm April 24, 2024)
$150/person Full Weekend pass
$125/person Single Day pass
$75/person Workshop Only / Saturday Daytime Pass
Cancellations- You may cancel at any time for any reason. Cancelations made after April 11, 2024, will receive a non-refundable credit with Epic minus a $25 cancellation fee per person. This credit can be used for any future Epic events and parties.
Hotel Info: On-site hotel is SOLD OUT. There is an oveflow hotel, one block away
**Refunds for room cancellations/changes after April 18, 2024, at midnight are subject to the hotel room being filled. If your hotel room is not filled you will be responsible for paying for any unused room nights.
